The Earthing Half Sheet (previously called the Universal Bed Pad) is one of our most popular earthing products.  It will fit any bed size!

Place your bare feet, legs, or any other bare skin of the body on the earthing sheet to be grounded during sleep.

The Earthing Half Sheet is a natural color cotton (3 feet wide by 10 feet long) with soft conductive silver fibers woven into the fabric. The Earthing Half Sheet can be placed across the foot or center of the bed, over your bottom fitted sheet and tucked under and around the mattress.  It can also be used lengthwise. The Earthing Half Sheet fits all bed sizes.

How It Works

Placing your bare feet or any part of your body on the Earthing Half Sheet grounds your body to the Earth during sleep.  The Earthing Half Sheet connects to the Earth while plugged into the grounded port of your outlet (outlet checker is included) or with the included grounding rod that can be placed directly in the earth.  One end of the cord snaps onto the earthing sheet.  The prong end of the cord can be inserted directly into the ground port of an electrical wall outlet or connected to the grounding rod. Options for Connecting the Earthing Universal Bed Pad to the Earth:

Option 1:  Connect the Earthing Half Sheet to the ‘grounded port’ on any properly grounded electrical outlet.  Everything you need to do this is included in this kit, including an outlet checker.
Option 2: Connect the Earthing Half Sheet to the earth using the included Grounding Rod which can be placed directly into the ground outside.  (This option required for older homes with outdated electrical systems)

Earthing Half Sheet Care Instructions:

Your Earthing Half Sheet may be laundered just as you would wash other bedding, using a gentle wash cycle and a mild detergent. Low-heat drying is recommended.  However, NO chlorine bleach or fabric softener should be used.  When necessary, use hydrogen peroxide-based non-bleach to remove stains and/or to whiten your earthing half sheet.

Earthing sheets are 100% cotton and are made with conductive silver fibers that have withstood rigorous testing conducted by an independent testing lab.  After 100 wash/dry cycles, the conductive silver fibers show virtually no breakage or wear.  When cared for properly, your earthing sheet should last as long as any good quality bed sheet.
