Earthing Canada Review Giveaway: Official Rules

  1. Organizer: Earthing Canada Inc. 234 - 5149 Country Hills Blvd NW #841 Calgary, Alberta T3A 5K8

  2. Contest period: October 19, 2026 to November 5, 2026, 11:59 p.m. MST.

  3. Eligibility: Open to residents of Canada [excluding Quebec], who are the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and who purchased from Earthing Canada within the 12 months before October 19, 2026. Employees of Earthing Canada, its agency partners, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

  4. How to enter: Submit one review of your purchase at [Review Link] during the contest period. Limit one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter. Reviews of any rating are eligible. Entry does not depend on a positive review, and the organizer will not edit or remove reviews based on their content, other than for reasons stated in the review platform's guidelines.

  5. Prizes: 2 prizes. Each prize is one (1) mattress cover (approximate retail value $299.99 to $594.99 CAD, depending on size selected). Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value, and no substitutions are permitted except at the organizer's discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be provided.

  6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the end of the contest period.

  7. Selection of winners: Two winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about November 9, 2026. Selected entrants will be contacted by email at the address on file and must respond within [7] days. They must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question to be declared a winner. If a selected entrant cannot be reached, fails to respond in time, or answers incorrectly, the prize may be awarded to an alternate entrant selected at random.

  8. Winner announcement: Winners will be notified by email.Winners' first names and provinces may be announced on our website or social channels with their consent.

  9. General conditions: Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted by automated means are void. The organizer may cancel or modify the contest in the event of fraud, technical failure, or other factors beyond its control, and will make reasonable efforts to award all prizes. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules.

  10. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used only to administer the contest and contact winners, in accordance with the organizer's Privacy Policy.

  11. Platform disclaimer (if reviews are collected on a third-party platform): This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, JudgeMe Reviews.
