We are proud to provide Canadians with Ground Therapy Products, official products designed and developed by Clint Ober and his team.

Overview

What is a Ground Therapy Universal Mat?

The Ground Therapy Universal Mat offers broad functionality for anywhere in the office or house. Use it in your favourite chair, while washing dishes or cooking in the kitchen. The 12.5 x 29 inch size makes it very user friendly in any situation. The proprietary carbon-based grounding material is the culmination of two decades of Clint Ober’s research and development. Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts Earth’s electrons.

How to Use

We suggest starting with 30 minutes daily and gradually increase — benefits often become more noticeable over a few days to weeks.

Learn more about how to use your Earthing Canada Product through our How-To page in the footer.

Care & Safety

How To Wash and Care For Your Ground Therapy Mat:
To clean the mat, simply wipe down the mat using a non corrosive cleaner. Do not use chlorine bleach or liquid fabric softener, or any detergent containing bleach or fabric softener, chemicals that can ruin the conductivity of the mat. Do not apply lotions, creams, or oils to the skin before bedtime on parts of your body that will be in contact with the mat. Such substances oxidize and can damage conductivity. Air dry the mat.

Safety Warning:
Always use as directed. The Outlet Checker is designed for 120V 60Hz use only! Use only our approved connection cord with built-in internal safety feature. If your Outlet Ground Checker does not display 2 amber lights, then do not use the product before consulting an electrician. For your safety, place the connection cord in such a way that it doesn’t cause a tripping hazard.

I was gifted a universal grounding mat and use it to rest my feet during meditation. I loved it so much that I purchased the double universal grounding mat kit and gifted them for my adult children.

Love all the grounding products and have been using them for years.
The only thing I would want to let customers know about is that the black covering can begin to flake off after a year or more of a certain kind of use—mostly from being scratched, say by toenails if being used in bed. I recommend if using it in bed, putting it a little further up the leg at the calf or maybe somewhere where your hands could be on it. I would love to see the production company solve the problems with the bed products of somehow being both conductive and easy to clean: and of course ensuring that the products are long lasting, durable, and don't have to be constantly replaced. Don't think this is a bad review because it's not. I absolutely use all these products and love them. But I would like some of these design issues to be solved. That would make these perfect.

I’ve been using this mat (and other Earthing products) for years now and the very first time I plugged it in, it genuinely felt like stepping on the Earth outside. I’ve always been leery of products like this, but I can be your testament that these products from Earthing are the real deal. I have to sometimes wait my turn because one of my animals is already on it ❤️

Hi Danielle,
