How To Wash and Care For Your Mattress Cover:
To clean the mat, simply wipe down with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.

Safety Warning:
Always use as directed. The Outlet Checker is designed for 120V 60Hz use only! Use only our approved connection cord with built-in internal safety feature. If your Outlet Ground Checker does not display 2 amber lights, then do not use the product before consulting an electrician. For your safety, place the connection cord in such a way that it doesn’t cause a tripping hazard.

I could write for hours; in brief, im 59, a competitive runner in my early years, ran thousands of miles. Body building from the age of 19 until 50. Suffered a horrible buldge disk in lower back at 51, my knees are bad, my neck is bad, always tight, always aching. Physio for my back for years, suffered with daily pain, dependent in muscle relaxants & Ibuprofen for minimal relief, never sleep good, ever, etc.. a mess....
I researched "grounding/earthing" in December 2025 extensively for a month, and was skeptical yet believing there's got to be something to this... I ordered the Essentials kit, first week, nothing, second week, a VERY abnormally great sleep!! Still skeptical, disregarded it as a coincidence, then my good sleeps increasingly got more frequent. By back pain (as I wake in the mornings) has literally been illuminatd most days, this is nuts! My sleeps are so ridiculously deep some nights it's bizarre and foreign to me, as my entire life, I've never slept this well, other than camping in the middle of a forest by a lake, gee, now I understand why!!
There is a caveat though!! Good dietary habit, supplementation, ie, magnesium, Vit d, K, Calcium, Collagen, etc, daily stretching & core exercise is a must for me to maintain decent mobility, the grounding is 100% the cherry on top that has undoubtedly illuminatd much of my inflammation, naturally!! And without the use of Big Pharma meds.. 95% of the time.

Arrived quick. Instructions on how to check that your outlets are wired correctly was straightforward.

It took a few nights for the cover to break in. In the sense that noise from movement is not really noticeable after a few nights. Sleep benefits were noticeable immediately, but too soon to be able to say much more than that.

I would recommend adding something to inform customers purchasing the mattress cover the importance of using non-synthetic sheets for the grounding mat to be effective.
