We are proud to provide Canadians with Ground Therapy Products, official products designed and developed by Clint Ober and his team.

Overview

What is a Ground Therapy Universal Mat?

The Ground Therapy Universal Mat offers broad functionality for anywhere in the office or house. Use it in your favourite chair, while washing dishes or cooking in the kitchen. The 12.5 x 29 inch size makes it very user friendly in any situation. The proprietary carbon-based grounding material is the culmination of two decades of Clint Ober’s research and development. Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts Earth’s electrons.

How to Use

We suggest starting with 30 minutes daily and gradually increase — benefits often become more noticeable over a few days to weeks.

Learn more about how to use your Earthing Canada Product through our How-To page in the footer.

Care & Safety

How To Wash and Care For Your Ground Therapy Mat:
To clean the mat, simply wipe down the mat using a non corrosive cleaner. Do not use chlorine bleach or liquid fabric softener, or any detergent containing bleach or fabric softener, chemicals that can ruin the conductivity of the mat. Do not apply lotions, creams, or oils to the skin before bedtime on parts of your body that will be in contact with the mat. Such substances oxidize and can damage conductivity. Air dry the mat.

Safety Warning:
Always use as directed. The Outlet Checker is designed for 120V 60Hz use only! Use only our approved connection cord with built-in internal safety feature. If your Outlet Ground Checker does not display 2 amber lights, then do not use the product before consulting an electrician. For your safety, place the connection cord in such a way that it doesn’t cause a tripping hazard.

My house wiring is weird. The things i plug in work, but an electrician checked it out And has no idea how or why it works the way it does so when i plugged in the tester, it read good. But frankly i felt awful sleeping with that mat, my sister also felt the same. So the mats stayed unused for a long time until i got the grounding rod. The changes are subtle, but there are more benefits. I wish the kits cam with the grounding rod. My sisters mat stays unused because she doesnt have a grounding rod and in our house, the mat is only of value with the rod, not the plug in. Its the only way to be sure youre getting benefits. If the rod was included, id give the kit a 4.5 star rating

I've had my mat for awhile now and won't be without it. I use it in the evening while sitting and reading. I have found I sleep better and have less joint pain.
I've recently ordered the grounding socks but haven't tried them yet.
