Terms of Agreement:
This agreement shall commence on approval date and continue until terminated earlier by either party with notice.
Affiliate Commission Structure:
Affiliate will receive a base commission of 5% for sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
Payment Terms:
Payments will be processed on the last day of the month
Commissions will be paid out monthly via e-transfer upon reaching a minimum payout threshold of $25.00 CAD. Payment will carry over to the following month until the minimum is met.
In the event of a product return associated with an affiliate code, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the affiliate’s payment for the following month
All payment in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
Promotional Guidelines:
1. Affiliate agrees to promote Earthing Canada’s products authentically and accurately.
2. Affiliates cannot utilize any sort of paid ads or digital advertising.
*You do not have permission to spend money on ads specifically promoting any Earthing Canada products or products on the site, especially in search engines and social media, unless express permission in writing has been granted.
These restrictions include but are not limited to: pay per click, pay per view, pay per impression, media buys, social media marketplaces (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest ads), offline print publications, eBay, Craigslist, billboards, radio, tv/cable, YouTube, traffic exchanges and others. No direct linking, no trademark keyword bidding, no trademark plus coupon keyword bidding, no non-trademark keyword bidding. We monitor this account daily for violations.
3. All promotional content should adhere to ethical and legal standards, as well as the guidelines provided by Earthing Canada.
4. Affiliate’s content should not contain offensive, defamatory, or misleading information.
5. No health claims are to be made. Information within this website is for educational purposes only. Products and information on this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Earthing Canada representatives are not medical doctors and cannot make claims or give medical advice.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under this agreement will cease.
