How To Use Your: Sleep Mat Kit

Follow the video instructions to properly setup your Sleep Mat Kit

1. Find an outlet in your home that you intend to use with your Earthing product
2. Plug the Outlet Checker directly into your 3-prong outlet
3. 2 amber lights indicate that your electrical outlet is wired properly and ready for grounding!
4. Use the straps to secure the Sleep Mat directly to your mattress – over or under your fitted sheet. The Sleep Mat can be fitted lengthwise or widthwise on your mattress.
5. Plug the Safe-T Cube into the outlet. If you don’t have one, it’s acceptable to plug your Earthing product directly into the grounded outlet
6. Insert prong end of the Connection Cord into Safe-T Cube Adaptor
7. Connect other side of the Connection Cord to the snap nub on the Sleep Mat

Please note:
We recommend using just one thin layer of fabric between your skin and the product. Bamboo and cotton work great!

How To Use Your: Universal Grounding Mat

Follow the video instructions to properly setup your Universal Grounding Mat!

1. Find an outlet in your home that you intend to use with your Earthing product
2. Plug the Outlet Checker directly into your 3-prong outlet
3. 2 amber lights indicate that your electrical outlet is wired properly and ready for grounding!
4. Plug the Safe-T Cube into the outlet. If you don’t have one, it’s acceptable to plug your Earthing product directly into the grounded outlet
5. Insert prong end of the Connection Cord into Safe-T Cube Adaptor
6. Connect other side of the Connection Cord into the Universal Mat Snap

Just remember:
Wherever you set up your mat, it’s best to have some bare skin contact. You can use it with a thin layer of clothing on, as well!

How To Use Your: Mattress Cover Kit

Follow the video instructions to properly setup your Mattress Cover Kit

1. Find an outlet in your home that you intend to use with your Earthing product
2. Plug the Outlet Checker directly into your 3-prong outlet
3. 2 amber lights indicate that your electrical outlet is wired properly and ready for grounding!
4. Use the straps to secure the Mattress Cover directly to your mattress – over or under your fitted sheet
5. Plug the Safe-T Cube into the outlet. If you don’t have one, it’s acceptable to plug your Earthing product directly into the grounded outlet
6. Insert prong end of the Connection Cord into Safe-T Cube Adaptor
7. Connect other side of the Connection Cord to the snap nub on the Mattress Cover

How To Test Your Product With: The Continuity Tester

Follow the video instructions to test any of your Earthing products!

1. Find an outlet in your home that you intend to use with your Earthing product.
2. Plug the Outlet Checker directly into your 3-prong outlet
3. 2 amber lights indicate that your electrical outlet is wired properly and ready for grounding!

How to confirm your Earthing Product is working properly:

1. Plug the Safe-T Cube into the outlet. If you don’t have one, it’s accetable to plug your Earthing product into a grounded outlet.
2. Plug one end of the Connection Cord into the Safe-T Cube or Outlet. Snap the other end into the product.
3. Plug one end of the Continuity Tester into the Safe-T Cube or Outlet. Snap the other end into the tester.
4. Place the silver disc directly onto the conductive side of the product. Ensure firm contact is made.
5. With the silver disc firmly on the mat, press and hold the ‘PRESS’ button.
6. The light will stay solid green if the product is conductive and properly grounded.
   
   We recommend using just one thin layer of fabric between your skin and the product. Bamboo and cotton work great!
